The 7-day guarantee

If you are not happy within 7 days of buying The Peace of God or Walking On, tell me and I will refund you in full, including any calls we have already had. You don't have to give a reason.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you live in the EU or EEA, you also have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day the contract was concluded, that is, the day you paid.

To withdraw, tell me clearly that you have decided to withdraw. The easiest way is the "Withdraw from contract" button in your ThriveCart order confirmation. You can also email [email protected] or write to the address above, using the form below if you like, but you don't have to. It is enough to send your withdrawal before the 14 days are up.

What happens when you withdraw

I will refund everything you have paid without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day I receive your withdrawal. I use the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise, and you pay no fees for the refund.

Because the walk starts with calls, you can ask me at checkout to begin within the 14 days. If you do and then withdraw after the 7-day guarantee has ended, you pay for the part already provided, in proportion to the whole. For the ten-week walk that is one tenth of the price for each weekly call already held. If every part of the service has been provided at your express request, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

Walking On

Walking On is a monthly subscription. You can cancel it at any time from your ThriveCart receipt or by writing to me, and no further payments are taken. The guarantee and the right of withdrawal above apply to your first payment.
