Who is responsible

This site is run by Chris Baird for Urgesta AS, Norway. Write to [email protected] with any question about your data.

What I collect

If you take the check-up, I collect your first name, your email address, and which movement your answers pointed to. Your individual answers stay in your browser and are not sent to me. If you book a Discovery Call, the scheduling service collects the details you enter there.

Why, and on what basis

I use your name and email to send you the check-up emails and to reply to you. The basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to me.

Who processes it

Your name, email address and movement are stored on my own email list server (Listmonk), email is delivered by Amazon Web Services (SES), and the site is hosted by Cloudflare. Calls are booked through Zoom. These companies handle data only to provide those services. I do not sell your data and I do not share it for advertising.

How long I keep it

I keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you may complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian data protection authority, or to your own local authority.

Analytics

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without following you across sites.
